The Gugly Centre for Biological Research (GCBR) has organized the National Conference on "Water Crisis Management under Changing Climate" during 16-17 November 2012 at Hotel Sutrupti, Bhubaneswar, Odisha with the participation of leading experts in the field of research, extension, education and development and policy makers in the subject. The Chief Guest Prof. Radhamohan, Ex-State Information Commisioner, Odisha, India inaugurated National Conference and Dr Balaram Panigrahi, HOD, SWCE, OUAT acted as the Chief Speaker. In the inaugural Session Dr. S. Sethil Vinayagam, Director (Agril. Ext, MANAGE) and Er. Pravukalyan Panigrahi, Scientist (SS), DWM awarded the GCBR Award - 2012 for Popularizion of Biological sciece.
